You have already learned a lot about me and behind every professional profile there is also a person. In addition to my professional career, there is still a lot to tell. I am convinced that life is a combination of family, adventure, enjoyment and work – I live this balance consciously.
So I do not artificially separate between private and professional life, but connect passion, nature and my joy in learning.
Therefore, I would also like to give you insights into the rest:
The family man
I am a family man - married and proud father of a daughter. Together we live very rural - almost like on a farm. Animals are simply part of it! When we met, my wife already had "pets" that were part of the relationship. A cat and two horses have moved into our own home together with us - over time the family has grown to a Labrador "Casper" and a riding pony. My dream has always been to have a dog and so my wife encouraged me to complete the "pack".
The concept of the Big 5 for Life
In my free time, I love being outside in nature. For me, hiking is not just a hobby, but a way to clear my head and gain new perspectives and inspiration. But also a good book, sunbeams or just a moment of peace have their charm for me. And: I am passionate about trying new dishes – from local specialties to exotic street food!
For all those who know the concept of the "Big Five for Life", these are my basic pillars:
Family – create memories that will last!
Adventure – Activate the inner compass and understand what really matters.
Freedom – When I am free, I can make the impossible possible; it only depends on the right motivation!
Vocation – My drive is to inspire others and to create insights through knowledge and experience.
Enjoyment - Try new things and enjoy the moment!
Everything I do is based on these priorities, the cornerstones of my life. That's why I consciously take time for the important moments:
Spending time with my family – creating as much quality time and good memories as possible. A highlight is the annual father-daughter holiday - we "break out" together for a week and give my wife a break from all the hustle and bustle. So she can concentrate 100% on her passion, on the horses and on herself.
The adventurer in me
The spirit of adventure has led me on hikes such as the Camino del Norte and Camino Portugues de la Costa and motivated my wife and me to walk the Hadrian's Wall Path together. All experiences that have enriched me on many levels.
I actively live my vocation – I work within my value system and also stand for it. In order to be able to live my passion in "leadership" more strongly, I work as a mentor and coach and accompany people in developing their potential and achieving their goals.
I don't think I have to say much about enjoyment! I am curious about all those things that life has to offer and find joy in the little things.
I love good food – pasta and tomato sauce is not cooking.
That's me – as a human being!
