Consultant
Consulting is about advising companies or people. The goal is to provide a solution based on the circumstances and personal experience.
As a consultant, I support companies in optimizing their organizational structures - I look at both the structure and the process organization.
My focus is on:
- Analysis and improvement of the structure and process organization
- Implementation of effective team-building measures
- Development of leadership philosophies and corporate mission statements (values, vision, mission)
- Derivation of strategies
Through my expertise, I help organizations increase their efficiency and establish a strong corporate culture.

Coach
As a coach, I am not the expert - here only the customer is "expert". I create the framework conditions and use targeted questioning techniques and methods to expand the personal perspective of the coachee / customer and to look at challenges in a multifaceted way.
My coaching approach is holistic and takes into account both professional and private aspects:
- Promotion of personal growth and potential development
- Support in overcoming personal and professional challenges
- Development of individual strategies for successful goal achievement and satisfaction
- Growth-oriented support for finding solutions - "Help for self-help"
I always work with my clients in a development-oriented manner to identify and use their own resources to achieve sustainable change.

Mentor
Through many years of experience as a manager, I have acquired a wide range of knowledge, methodological competence and experience. Mentoring is about making this knowledge available and transferring it to my mentee.
As a mentor, I accompany entrepreneurs, as well as intrapreneurs and executives in change processes:
- Preparation of young managers for application processes and assessment center
- Reflection and exchange on leadership topics and experiences (both as a leader and from the perspective of the employee)
- Expanding the perspectives by contributing many years of experience
My goal is to support managers in their personal and professional development and prepare them for new challenges. Unlike the coach, the mentor has his own opinion and perspective based on his experience.

Trainer
The training is exclusively about learning or improving skills and abilities. This can include training, workshops or even practical exercises to support the theory.
As a trainer, I immit practical knowledge and skills:
- Structured communication of methods and tools (e.g. OKR, Agile Methods and Principles)
- Leadership & Values Training
- Combination of frontal training and interactive learning formats
- Ability of the participants to immediately and independently apply what they have learned
Due to pronounced didactic skills, participants can use the concrete skills directly in their daily work. All trainings are tailored to the training goal and the group of participants.

As a trained chemical laboratory technician with a strong commitment to where I come from, I can't ignore my roots. Therefore, I have decided to bring the roots of my education, my past, into harmony with what I do today. So I decided to explain the concepts between training, mentoring, coaching and consulting using an exothermic reaction diagram - energy is released, just as we pursue it in business as a goal!

Consulting is about getting started quickly, so it is in a way comparable to the activation energy.
Coaching is about making the most of one's own skills, i.e. raising potential, so it is somewhat comparable to a catalyst that reduces energy requirements.
Mentoring is about continuously improving through experience, for example, the reaction balance can shift in favor of the product when an educt concentration is increased - the product yield, i.e. productivity is increased, which is always good in business!
Training is about broadening the horizon and learning new skills - and we have somehow already achieved this now, through the theory of the reaction diagram and its practical application to explain different methods!
